Just wanted to say "thank you" for your super fast (within 1 hour) response to my residence. As you know, I work from home and really depend on my systems to be up and running. My drive crashed, you recovered what I needed from it, put in a new drive, reinstalled my Windows and then put all my necessary data, contacts etc. back in place like nothing ever happened. All I can say is you guys are incredible.. When my laptop started giving me problems, I immediately called the store I bought it from but they advised my warranty had recently expired. I could pay them a minimum of $200, with no guarantee of success. Mmmm, with everything I've heard and read about them, I just hung up and started looking for a tech online. I found Arizona Onsite on Craig's List and then checked out their website and Merchant Circle. Feeling fairly confident, I called to schedule service. The tech I spoke with, Paul, patiently listened as I described the problem. He even had me try a few things while I was on the phone with him. Said he did not want to take my money if it was an easy fix. It wasn’t. SO, we scheduled an appt. He came out and fixed my computer within a half-hour, thoroughly detailing everything he did. At $99, I feel I got a steal of a deal.

My harddrive crashed on my server and my laptop. I called AZ Onsite. They arrived within 2 hours, picked up my drives and returned them to me within 48 hours with all data recovered. Phreaking Awesome service !!
