Associated Dental Lab makes Vitallium Frames for UCLA and USC Dental Schools. This has enabled us to enjoy a special relationship with many after graduation, and has helped instill a dentist's perspective in our lab.

Our partial department produces high-quality castings through the use of its very modern equipment. For the past 25 years, we have made all the removable partials castings for the UCLA School of Dentistry and for the past 11 years, we have made all the removable partial castings for the U.S.C. School of Dentistry.

Through our close associations, we have attained a complete understanding of the "I" Bar removable partial technique, as well as the variations of this specific technique. In addition, we pride ourselves in our expert knowledge of all partial designs, including Roach and Akers systems, as well as other partial designs that may incorporate semi-precision and/or precision attachments with stress eliminators.

The crown and bridge department, and Vita Porcelain department are totally capable of fabricating any type of fixed prosthesis. They both work closely with the partial department in all cases relate to removable partials. Cooperation between our various departments assures high quality work, which we know, will be to your satisfaction.

Our denture department has the expertise to process a variety of denture prosthetics and to set each prosthetic in accordance with the aesthetic, personality and functional needs of the specific patient. To achieve these goals, this department has at its disposal all the finest acrylic and porcelain teeth manufactured today, as well as the best acrylics and vinyl acrylics for processing denture bases.

Pick-Up & Delivery:
We offer a combined 300 miles of daily delivery routes with our own drivers, UPS, US mail and Federal Express

Emergency & Rush:
Per case basis - we honor over 90% of rush cases for the last three years - call 310-478-9875 to schedule.

Saturday Service:
Sorry, we are not open Saturday, however we accept delivery of cases sent by mail.

Turn Around Time:
For Crown and Bridge our policy is 12 days. Dentures and Partials are on a per basis - call (310)478-9875 for scheduling. All other, please call (310)478-9875 for scheduling. Adherence to time frames is a priority.
