Alright, I've been using Steve for a few years and his company just keeps getting better and better. They are so worthy of this review. They've just installed AC, in our rental, within a weeks notice. I got a few bids from Steve and from others off service magic. I asked him if he'd match one bid and he did. Not only did he come through with the cost, but he had found some hidden surprises along the way, which he took care of. He had it installed in two days and our renters couldn't be happier.
