I developed an interest in revolvers recently as I had a chance to shoot several of them at the range with some experienced shooters. So naturally I thought that it would be a good idea to buy one for myself. After speaking with Dan, the resident expert on revolvers, I bought a .38 special heavy barrel. It had some holster wear but was immaculate on the inside where it counts. Since it was used I got to shoot it at the range to test it out. It shot flawlessly. I then learned from Kieth how properly clean and cold blue the finish. He also helped me get a Hogue grip that is perfect for my hand. All in all the service was excellent and the product is quality. I will continue to shop Atwells.

Been dealing with Lori at Atwells for 10 years. She worked at another uniform establishment before that. She's fantastic, always accommodating and fits uniforms right the FIRST time so I don't have to have them altered over and over. Any time I've been to Atwells, everyone is courteous and accommodating. They're also very knowledgeable in firearms and other job-related supplies. I LOVE dealing with Lori and will continue to deal with Atwells as long as I am in the profession. I will recommend Atwells to any other police officer.

i have nothing but good things to say about atwells everyone there is polite and friendly and are willing to do what it takes so that you leave the store happy and well taken care of. also there prices are very nice about the same if not better than online prices i have spend the time looking and now i just go to atwells

I bought another gun from Atwells. I could have purchased it anywhere. However the quality of service Atwells employ's and espouses to starts with the ownership. You know you will be treated with respect not matter who you interact with. Knowledgeable Kieth helped me choose a great gun and honest Chuck ensured a price that the competition could not compare too. If you want respect and a good deal then Atwell's is the place.

Atwells is by far one of the best places in NE, Ohio to buy guns, equipment etc.... I have been a customer of theirs for 15 plus years and have never had anything but quality, courteous, knowledgeable service. I live close to their competitors but would rather drive an hour to buy from them. When you expect the best you should go to Atwells, honest no B.S. service you won't regret.

I went in to buy a gun looking through the cases and never once did anyone ask me if I needed any help. Then when I finally asked to get some help the guy was like pissed off he even had to open the gun case, also the guy I was talking to seemed to know absolutely nothing about revolvers. I would go to sherwin shooting in eastlake, its worth the drive to get people who actually want to talk to you.

Atwells is my first choice for purchasing guns, shooting equipment, and supplies. They spend time with you to make sure that you are knowledgeable about your choices. Prices are more than competitive. They always follow up on information requested and on order status.
