I consigned my car with these crooks and after my 60 day consignment was up I gave my notice to pick up my car. Kevin Steiner then called me and begged that I leave my car on the lot for just a while longer after which it sold. I was very happy, until two days after my car was supposed to be paid off... Kevin Steiner called to inform me Auto Link had closed its doors and had no funds to satisfy my loan. He claimed he had no paycheck either. Well, one week later Auto Link re-opens as All Cars, owned by the former owners sister, with Kevin still working there as if nothing happened. Do not buy a car from these crooks. Do file claims with DMV, Gresham Police, and the Department Of Justice. Don't bother with the bond; it's 40K and there are over 655K in claims. We too had a car at Autolink Gresham. Just found out today about the fraud investigation against them as we had not heard from Autolink in several months. Found out from the DMV our car title had been 'transferred'. We did not hear about the sale of our car, nor receive any letter from Autolink nor any money. What a waste of my time to be dealing with this mess. Is there a class action suit against them by any chance? anyone know how to reach the owners? What are people doing to get their car/money?

My partner purchased a car from them bank in September and paid for the vehicle upfront and receieved a temporary title. A month later we received a letter in the mail from the owner himself stating that they where filing for bankruptcy and was no longer to assist us with our situation. Now we are finding out that the original owner never received the money and we legally do not own the car since the original owner never received the funds for the car. Earlier today we found that the car has now been repossessed and we are now out of a car and 12,000 dollars. This is a nightmare and we are now going to seek legal action against the owner of Auto Link. What a horrible man and also his staff for doing this to so many people. I hope he goes away to prison for a very long time.

To make a long story short, Auto Link sold my car, went out of business, and didn't pay off my vehicle leaving me with a $10,000 bill and no car. I am in a long line of people trying to get restitution through insurance companies thanks to these crooks. Words cannot describe my hatred for the now defunct Auto Link.

I own a business in Sandy, OR and had been trying to sell my truck for over 3 months with out any success. AUTO LINK really helped me. They sold my truck quickly and got me top dollar. I would recomend the staff and their service to anyone with a vehicle to sell.
