Auto Repair Unlimited

I have in hand a purchase order agreement from Auto Repairs Unlimited LLC. of Ansonia, Ct. For a 2004 Chevy Tahoe w/ Franco Palaccia's signature on it (he's the owner of the listed business) dated 4/2/2009. The vehicle was purchased through the auction and under the business name. Keep in mind, I drove 1 hour to go test drive this vehicle. Obviously we came to a agreement or I would not have a purchase order agreement in hand. I drive a hour back home and he has his secretary call me to say they lost the title. I said I'll wait for a duplicate to come in. Long story short, because I'm limited to a 1000 words. From the date of the agreed purchase order have been covered up lies. Bottom line is, on 4/20/2009 he had his secretary Fran call me to say his wife wants to keep the Tahoe.
