Our operators are trained to alert the appropriate EMS as well as to notify family members, friends, neighbors, care managers, nurses, or doctors in the event of an emergency. Our life safety operators also initiate monthly tests to ensure that our systems and its components are working correctly to keep you safe. ASA's Life Safety Operators can also answer calls in number of different languages which will ensure that all of our customers receive the personal attention that they deserve. Another feature that differentiates our monitoring center from the rest of our competitors is the ability for family members and care givers to access their loved ones' account activity reports through our secure online connection.
