Autotrend Diagnostics Auto Repair

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The dealer said I needed new front brake rotors and Dave was able to turn the existing rotors and therefore saved me hundreds of dollars. Thanks Dave and Autotrend!

Problem was diagnosed in timely manner. I was given detailed information as to the repair needed for my Honda prior to my giving a go-ahead, and repair was accomplished as promised.

Pleasant and personal service. Location is convenient. Schedule is usually open enough to meet my time constraints. Work is completed on time. It is always a good experience and when it comes to maintaining cars, that means a lot to me.

Dave was very patient about explaining what was needed. After the work was done he showed me the serpentine belt that needed replacement.

The repairs have always been arranged to be at my convenience, the car is always ready when promised and the repairs are reliable. They are extra good about keeping me informed about what is needed, what it will cost and explaining the repairs without talking to me as if I can't understand cars.

That Dave and his employees are the best I've ever come across. As a mechanic who is used to do his own work, and is now a commuter 200 miles from his tools, I am impressed not only by his work but also by the customer service which is sorely lacking everywhere else these days. And finally, when i asked the mechanic who drove me home how he liked working for Dave, his answer was this, "I have never worked at a shop like Dave's and I hope I can work here for the rest of my life". That sealed the deal for me. Dave and his wife, whom I've never met, should be proud of themselves and I wish there were more people like them. Because of that I hand out Dave's business cards to everyone I know and highly recommend them.

Dave is always friendly and informative. He takes the time to diagnose problems, and is thorough in explaining the problem and possible solutions. The shop is always extremely neat and clean!

I would highly recommend them. Easy to work with, timely repairs and I especially liked the fact that Dave took the time to explain why fixing my problem might take longer than normal. He has definitely earned by trust.
