We had filed tax returns and amendments through Axis Payroll and were very satisfied with their service. Their charges are very low and lower than others around. But however, ensure to take an appointment before you leave.

I have known Shain Jacob even before he launched Payroll Services. He worked on my payroll services as a consultant and have provided him the business because I was confident he would be able to handle this. I'm also happy that he handles my Corporate Returns (1120) and assist me with my Accounting Services for a very affordable fees.

We have been using Axis Payroll Service from 2005 and have found the services affordable and very reliable. We have recommended the payroll services to few of our friends. Shain Jacob have always helped us and have provided us with prompt responses. We are also happy that they handle our filing of 1065 partnership (K1 returns) and book keeping services.

Processing payroll has always been a pain for me. If you process payroll yourself, you've got to keep track of payroll regulations and changes in withholding tables, a time-consuming task. I have always had problems to keep up with the rules and regulation. After talking to the folks @axis payroll, they helped me in calculating the actual payroll amounts and deductions and then moved my corporate payroll to them. They also did the quaterly NJ WR30, NJ 927, EFTPS payments in time. I was happy with the pricing and was much lower than other payroll services providers. A special thanks to Bob Freundel and Shain Jacob who helped me with my 941/940 and the sales tax forms.

They have taken over my payroll and now I'm feeling stress free and did not have to pay any penalities for the past quarters unlike last year. Their rates were very reasonable compared to ADP and Paychex. They helped me process my last years W2's and 1099-MISC forms and submit all paper work to NY, IRS and SSA. I have so happy that Axis Payroll has made my life so much better.
