    I just moved to California from Puerto Rico, and have Azuma as my appliance provider and made all arrangements over the phone even before I came over. The staff was very pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment brought to my house was in top shape and they DELIVERED IN a TIMELY manner, which I think is just awesome. I am more than great full for their service and recommend to anyone I come across in need of renting. The only drawback is they don't rent to own, besides that, a big THANK YOU for making my first days in California more pleasurable and easy.

    Wonderful company. Installer made an honest mistake and the company paid for the repair immediately and without hesitation. This is a reputable company and there are not many of those left out there.

    Just contacted Azuma to schedule pick-up of my washer and dryer after 9 months of trouble free renting. First time I have ever used these guys and Im very happy. The machines they sent over were a little older (and rusty) but actually I didnt mind - meant I didnt have to worry about keeping them super clean and protected. I am happy to recommend these guys to anyone

    I had a great experience with one of Azuma's drivers. We had a scheduled pick up and since we were not home when the guy came ( I did leave a note on the door) the Azuma office cancelled my pick up service for the day. I missed the guy by like 10- 15 minutes. The driver was still in our complex for another customer and decided to come by even though his office had cancelled our pick up and got our washer and dryer. He was AWESOME!!! Although I'm not a huge fan of the $37.00 pick fee or the operator guy canceling my pick up...the washer and dryer worked great and the customer serive from the dryer was GREAT APPRECIATED!

    I have been so pleased with your company. Everyone I spoke with was kind, attentive, and capable. They answered the phone and my questions. My situation was unusual, but I was treated with courtesy and respect. The delivery person, Gustavo, was very honest and helpful. He had to make a return call which turned out to be our apartment complex's fault, but he was still courteous and concerned about doing his job well. Your website is simple and helpful. You were the most straightforward company I dealt with in my entire move. I would recommend you to anyone. You are an honest company, and that is more than refreshing!! Thank you.

    Hello, Just a few lines to let you know that I have been a customer for over 4 years now and would simply like to say that I am very pleased with AZUMA. For someone who is very specific about customer service I have never had any issues. Pick up, Delivery, by phone service, and especially your Online Service. I receive notifications via email about my current payment and it take LESS than a minute for me to make a payment and receive a confirmation code.     I just wanted to send a compliment to one of your customer service reps. I am in the hotel business so I know how hard it is these days. A lady by the name of ANNIE helped me yesterday and she was FANTASTIC I think that was my best experience of phone customer service. She answered all my questions and never hesitated once about what I needed. Most people complain and all you hear is negative so I thought I would share a very positive experience.     I just wanted to send a compliment to the guy who dropped my washer/dryer off back in February and also when he came to pick it up last week. I forgot his name but I just wanted to say he was the most pleasant gentleman. Both times he was in and out – on time – polite and courteous. He was so nice and professional I just wanted to pass on the good word and let him know he is doing a great job! I wish most people were as nice as he was both times he came to my home. Keep up the good work… he deserves a pat on the back! Thanks again for your service and if I should need to lease any appliances again Azuma will be first on my list. 

    I leased a washer and dryer from Azuma for over three years, and never had any issues with service, billing, or the washer and dryer. I recently ended my lease because I was moving in with someone who already had a washer and dryer. There was a slight mix up with regard to my pick up fee so I emailed customer service regarding the issue. I did not expect any action to come from my email since I was actually not a customer of Azuma anymore at the time. However, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Azuma within hours. Azuma addressed all of my concerns despite the fact that I had already discontinued my lease arrangement. Overall, I have been very impressed with Azuma’s customer service.
