Do not use this company unless you wish to be assaulted. My stepfather was in a car accident and was required by the police to use this company to tow his van from the accident site. He requested the driver drop the van out front rather than the locked gate as his companies tow truck company was coming to tow the van back to his office. The driver put it behind the gate and told him that he would have to pay $250 to get it out. They would not even allow him to get his tools out of the van. When he argued and refused to pay, he started to walk away as the driver he was speaking with said “Do you want to start”, another driver blindsided him and pushed him over and down underneath a Chevy Malibu. They then proceeded to pull him up and punch him some more and then they attempted to shove him into my aunt's vehicle which caused large scratches on her vehicle.
