B & S stocks, & is willing to stock, many spirits that its competitors won't. We are speaking of a sleepy little town in Northern Michigan after all, not some larger metropolitan area. So its a surprise that they have a bottle Johnnie Walker Swing or Canadian Club Sherry Cask on the shelf to buy. So I try to stop by anytime we plan a gathering when I'm up north.

The store looks like a party store on first glance...the usual pop, chips, beer. Then, as you look down the aisles, you notice the collectable bottles, the collectable tins, and a selection of wine that exceeds even the "big city" stores. The owner, Bev., is a friendly, down home lady with sparkling eyes who would be glad to talk about this wonderful town. And their unique place in it.
