Bagel Chateau

I've been a customer for many years. However, was deeply disappointed form lack of service this morning. Customer service, even when the place is empty, is not at the top of their priority. I'll never shop there again.

My wife and I bought Taylor ham and bagels to bring back to Georgia with us on a recent visit with family in Summit,NJ. The bagels and Taylor ham were great. The gentleman that helped us was extremely helpful and very nice. The food was excellent and he made our visit a real pleasure. We will certainly go back on our next visit.
