They are outstanding. I dropped my laptop and broke the screen, my laptop in my mind was destroyed. I had vital information on there for a meeting. They took out my hard drive and let me use one of theirs, put it in a usb carrier and sent me on my way in less then 30 mins, the next day i came in, a new screen installed, chassis repaired, took my hard drive and put it back in mine, it was the most outstanding service i have ever seen... I owe you more then youll ever know..

Hi, I live in Livingston County, spent a entire day, dragging my computer from store to store to find someone to fix it. First I went to computers complete, what a waste of time that was, then to best buy, where they wanted it for 4 days and 300 bucks!, then COMPUSA total joke lost tech's, staples, waste of time again. I called information and asked for any computer store in Brighton Michigan, they named off BalesTek Computer, i didnt think much of it, and i called them, they said bring it right in. I pulled up in front of their store, they came out and helped me carry it in, not even 25 mins later, i was walking out with a fixed computer, 55$ labor, they knew exactly what wrong with my HP, had the stuff to fix it, and i was the happiest person in the world, they cleaned it(it was pretty dirty) wiped down my chassis, carried it back into my car, and the entire time i was in shock that these guys were that good... Thanks Guys, I appreciate it, and i will send everyone i know to you.

Top notch service and pricing . Quit buying the cheap Dells, Hp, and IBM machines, they dont stand a chance against these guys custom building you one. Each machine comes with on site technical support, my new machines easily blow away our factory built ones 20x over. I will never make the mistake of buying a mass produced computer again. Prices are good, they actually CARE about you, they follow the order from the day they get it, till you get it at your door, as well as follow up. Its like OLD TIMES customer service. I will be a shopper forever on your website. I cant believe how cheap your ink cartridges are! Being in the Defense business is tough on computer builders, we expect the highest end of everything, these guys build to spec everything for our offices, they even deliver them and set them up! I run a videography Business and I rely heavily on my computer. Scott and his crew put together a system that runs flawlessly with the high end video editing programs that I use for my projects. Over the years I've owned HP, Dell and Compaq computers. Amazing service! Their onsite support is much cheaper then the geek squad and all the other places. The guys are amazing. Alot of people dont realize these guys exclusively build computers and servers for LockHeed Martin and NASA.
