Barneys Coffee & Tea Company

The Santa's White Christmas I order for a friend is a fabulous coffee. Getting it is another story hence the 2 stars. I ordered it in plenty of time (Dec 13 am) and since I am only 100 miles away and it was shipping by Fedex Home Delivery I expected it by Wednesay. Didn't arrive until Friday and Barneys doesn't return phone calls, doesn't have live people answering the phone, doesn't provide online tracking, doesn't update order status - essentially doesn't communicate at all with the customer. Horrid, horrid customer service. And their website - one of the worst shopping interfaces I've ever seen for a company of this size.

I love Barney's coffee. I always bought at Publix here in Suwanee, GA. Now they no longer carry it. Can I order online?

Long time ago discovered Barney's at the Cross Roads Mall at Downtown Disney.... (they are no longer there) they moved to Celebration FL (again Disney, again no longet there..) we discovered that we could order on line and have done so for years... this trip south we found the Florida Mall store and felt like we were home again... keep up the good work... great coffe priced right !

barneys is the first thing on my wish list for xmas, birthdays etc. starbucks is so over rated and too expensive . i like the large selection of flavors barneys offers. i miss you at the west oaks mall. my top favorites are choclate macadamia, cool cafe blues and santas white xmas. barneys is the best coffee i ever drank . thank you. donni b.
