TOOK MY CAR TO BEAR TRANSMISSION, AND NOW MY CAR RUNS BETTER, THEN IT EVER DID, VERY PROMPT, AND CURTIOUS SERVICE, THE THINGS THEY TOLD ME TAHT WAS NEEDED, WAS DONE, AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, AGAIN THANK YOU, TO ALL AT BEAR TRANSMISSIONS

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM, THEY HAVE SCAMED ME OF $1200 I TOOK IN MY CAR FOR A TRANSMISSION REBUILT AND WAS QUOTED $825 WICH TURNED OUT TO BE $1200, THE FIRST DAY I PICKED UP THE CAR IT BROKE DOWN AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THE MANAGER SAID THAT THE OWNER ELI TAERSTEIN WILL NOT PAY FOR THE TOW TO GET THE CAR BACK TO THE SHOP, I PAID TO GET THE CAR TOWED BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET IT FIXED, INSTEAD THE THIEFS CRACKED MY RADIATOR AND TWO DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL FROM THA MANAGER SAYING THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT THE TRANSMISSION BUT THAT I HAD A CRACK IN THE RADIATOR AND I NEED A NEW WATERPUMP SO AS YOU CAN SEE THE THIEFS CRACKED THE RADIATOR AND SCREWED UP THE WATERPUMP SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO FIX THE TRANSMISSION, THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS AS THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY HARD EARNED MONEY MAY GOD FEED THEM AND THEIR CHILDREN POISON WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY ARE STEALING FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND I PRAY TO GOD THAT THEY WILL GO TO HELL WHERE THEY BELONG

STAY AWAY FROM BEAR TRANSMISSION. I took in my car for a transmission rebuilding, they quoted me $825 wich once they took a deposit and started working on the car became $1200, the first day i picked up my car the transmission broke down, ELI TAERSTEIN refused to pay for the tow charge to get the car back to the shop, once back at the shop they told me it will take a few days to fix it, the thiefs then cracked my radiator and screwed up my waterpump and called me claiming that the problem was not the transmission STAY AWAY FROM BEAR TRANSMISSION OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

It's been a month I was quoted 750.00 wow that was a joke it has been over a month I've brought my car back 5 times and oh yeah the 750.00 turned to 1350.00 I have reported them to every agency I could find The scam is they tell you it must be electrical because they use such cheap parts please stay away and tell everyone you know run and spend a little extra and get it done proper.,

I dropped off my car a month ago regarding transmissin problems.After a week in the shop i received a call from Mike stating the car was ready.I went to the shop having intensions on testing the car.The guy said they have a policy that no one can test drive the car until balance is paid in full.I asked why and he said they had a bad experience prior when someone drove off without paying.So I paid in full.Once we both test drived the car was worsts than when I brought it in.My car has been in this shop 4 times.Finally received a call 04/22/2009 saying the car is ready and to find out he's charging $170 for parts.I dont think I should keep paying this guy upfront if I cant test drive it before paying.

THIS GUY WILL TELL YOU OH YOU NEED A NEW TRANNY AND CHARGE YOU OUT THE BUTT FOR IT. IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT OH WELL YOU BROKE IT TO BAD.
