Beavers Cleaners

My husband went to pick up my coat at the Beavers Cleaners and they were gone no signs nothing closed...the one at 161 and Springmill rd. beware when leaveing your clothes they may be gone the next week...we did call the police

It's been nearly 3 weeks since we dropped off a formal dress to be drycleaned. After it was initially dropped off and returned, our personal inspection revealed that the dress had been damaged by the cleaner. We questioned the cleaner on how they clean a garment, damage it and return it to the Owner..they offered to try and repair the dress; come back in two days. We returned in two days; the dress is not in the store and we are directed to talk to the manager over the phone (one of many times); we are informed by the manager that they will look into it and call (this happened three times); we're still waiting. After ten days, The manager finally informs us that they will not take care of the damage without proof of purchase; we return from retail store with proof. They offer to take the dress for exchange over the weekend and will call us on Monday: no call Monday or Tuesday. We call on Tuesday only to be told that they have done nothing with the dress. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Beaver Cleaners is the worst cleaner that I have ever used. They destroyed two pairs of my dress pants an are not willing to stand behind their work. There were large stains on both pairs of pants. They gave me the run around for 8 week prior to not paying for any of their damage. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!

Other cleaners provide a better value and faster service. I don't think that the convenience is worth the money. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

About a month and a half ago, I brought in my dry cleaning, as I did before for about 6 months. I picked up the items, total bill around ~$65 for 10 items, and brought them home. I noticed none of the items were button or had their couplings on. For about $7 an item, I would expect them to buttom the items and place the couplings back on. I called them about it and the guy laughed at me on the phone. This pissed me off, so I went to the store and the man who administered the front actually laughed and belittled me when I asked him to button my 10 items and place couplings on. The manager was then called to the front and then apologized for the rudeness of his employee and promised me a discount if I came back.

Every time I have taken my clothes to them I have either gone home and found I am missing clothes, I have recieved someone elses clothes or they have stains on them that were never removed properly!
