We had a great experience with Best Movers in New York! We had an "internal" move -- we called Best Movers in New York to pack and move furniture and personal items within our house in anticipation of work being done in one area. Best Movers in New York came on short notice and saved the day. The sales staff was courteous and professional, as were the movers themselves. They did an excellent job of packing carefully and quickly, and grasping exactly what needed to be done (which was complicated due to the nature of our move). We have moved with many companies before, but Best Movers in New York was the BEST!!! We'll stick with them, and certainly will recommend them to all of our friends.

I just moved this weekend and I have to say that this was a piece of cake. I was quoted an estimate by a sales person who came to my apt. In the end there were no hidden charges it was exactly the amount that they quoted me. Best Movers in New York were on time and even called to give me to tell me that they may be running a little ahead of schedule. The move took 4 hours total from start to finish and that included 1 stop. I highly recommend them they were so friendly and really listened to my concerns. 5 ***** stars Moving Company!!

The service I received from all Best Movers in New York associates was excellent. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and was all very attentive to my needs. My moving day went incredibly smoothly. The crew arrived at my apartment even before I got there... They moved very quickly, efficiently and were all very careful with my belongings. At the end of the day, I got a call from the company?s quality control rep to see if everything had gone well. That's what I call great customer service. Best Movers in New York made such a stressful situation so much easier! I think moving is quite possibly one of the worst things a person can do, but Craig (x 243!) was so helpful and got me an AMAZING rate on my move and storage. During the actual move, everything went so smoothly--they arrived on time and packaged my furniture with such care...this is the second time I have moved with Best Movers in New York (and Craig!!) and will never consider another company!

Crew members were efficient, handled the furnitures properly, nothing was damaged and we eventually got things on time. I highly recommend them. By the way, price is not only reasonable it is worth it. You could trust them and let go of the worries which come along the moving process.

After having issues with other unreliable moving companies I chose New York Best Movers to move my apartment because of the resonable and fast quote I received online. What better testimony than the fact that I keep coming back. They are efficient and very considerate of the fact that you are getting charged by the hour. They are very careful with all of your stuff (and your walls and floors). Almost nothing has gone wrong with any of the moves, but things are bound to go wrong once in a while. That was even more impressive. There was a small problem with my roommate's television that we did not discover until weeks after the move, but we were pretty sure it happened during the move. When I called them up, they remembered me, arranged a time to pick up the television (as soon as the same day). After they picked it up, they returned it within a couple of hours fully repaired! Have you ever heard of such a thing from a moving company?
