I know that I can walk into Biffs Bagels and get a pretty good Bagel & a nice cup of Hot Chi Tea (for being the only bagel shop in Flagstaff), but I also know that no one will great me, ask if I need anything else, or even say thanks for coming in, especially from the owner her self!
You would think in these tough econimic times that the owner would be grateful for her customers business, she can't even give you a smile.
I would rather spend my hard earn money on a Safeway bagel then be treated like dirt! I will miss the bagels but the bad service!
