BigParty Zone Ripped us off
The Big Bounce Party Zone ripped us off. We had to cancel a party and we were charged the deposit of $150, which was fine. But then three weeks later they charged us for a full party when we specifically stated we did not want another party. Even worse they sent as a email saying they were going to do this and now they wont return our phone calls. There are many places in the Naperville area to host children's birthday parties, I would strongly advise you to pick another one.

BIG BOUNCE, BIG FUN!
I had my kid's party there too and we loved it! My kids were so happy with the place that they wanted to go over and over again, so now we go to Big Bounce almost every week, because they also offer "Open Bounce" days during morning days, with pizza and a pop included. It's a great place to bring your kids, especially during cold or rainy days. Check details at www.bigbouncepartyzone.com

GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS!
I TOTALLY recommend this place. Big and fun inflatables, moonbouncers and games.
The place is bright, colorful and clean. The personnel courteous and ready to help you. They have great Birthday packages that include cake, pizza, balloons, goody bags... so I didn't have to do any of that. And best of all...no setting up or cleaning up! For the first time ever I really enjoyed my boy's party!

Our party packages start at $149 during the week and $179 on the weekend. That's for a two hour party for 12 kids.
