Chrystal has a no-nonsense, clean, appealing, discreet site. Sure, she shows the toys, but she doesn’t show a lot of people having sex on site and site has neutral, calming colors, making me feel at ease. Her products are 1st class and once I order stuff, I usually get it within 1-2 days, in brown paper wrapped box (thank God!). I can't stop surfing their website. My husband and I love ordering from them and waiting for the shipment to come in. We even use her suggestion and we bring the lap top to bed some nights to buy some stuff and see what we might like to try. I love that there are no NEKKID people on the site, but tons and tons of toys. They also bill us very discreetly so our CPA does not have to know how addicted we are to her site. Our credit card statement says nothing about sex toys anywhere and I do love that. We did get one bad toy from them, but they sent out a replacement immediately and we got a UPS call tag to return the defective toy. We also list to their podcast on iTunes and we get so many great ideas from Bliss.

I ordered online and have been very disappointed. First my order was not filled for OVER A MONTH but my credit card was charged the same day, of course. When I sent an email inquiring into my order I got no response; I had to post something publicly here to get any attention to my order. I have since received an email with only a "your order has shipped" notice and one of the items just said "refund". Of course there was no explanation for the refund on that item either. Is it out of stock, discontinued, could I find it elsewhere?! There has been no apology for overlooking my shipment. I called and left a message as to my disappointment with how all this was handled, inviting someone to respond and, again, I have not received a timely response. TERRIBLE customer service. I plan to unsubscribe from your emails and de-friend you on Facebook, after months of giving you free advertising on my page. I have personally attended one of Chrystal's home parties, and can honestly tell you that her parties are THE MOST FUN you will have with your girlfriends!!! Regardless of your comfort level with her "wares", Chrystal presents them in a fun and disarming light. From the first phone call to Bliss I knew we had found something good! We got lots of info on the phone from the owner and then she emailed us with some NAUGHTY COCKTAILS and some other ideas to really make our party fun and memorable. When her consultant arrived she was instantly WARM and FUN and put us all at ease. Our consultant was very knowledgeable and has been doing pleasure parties for over 10 years. SHE KNEW HOW TO WORK THE ROOM! We loved all of their products and had fun trying the samples, too. We provided AA batteries as a party favor and EVERY SINGLE GIRL bought a vibe that night.
