They came quickly, the technician was very professional and they gave me a fair price up-front before any work was done. I will use them again in the future if I need any plumbing work done in my home.

Great Company and Service
I just wanted to comment on the outstanding service I received from Blue Ribbon today. I have had BRHW for about 5 years now and every time I have an issue they are always prompt to resolve it. Today was no different, I came home last night to a flooded garage, from an overflowing water heater. I called BRHW and the next morning they had someone out to take care of the problem. When it came to replacing the water heater the contactor called for approval and installed it immediately, and filled it up, and hauled the old one away. I now have hot water again with no out of pocket costs. thank you so much Blue Ribbon for all you do. I will never let my contract expire with service like this.

Wow
Wow, check out the Blue Ribbon Home Warranty web site. It's full of excellent tilps for home owners. There's so much info in there, I may be looking at it for a week. Also, their prices for home warranty are fantastic. I couldn't fix the stuff myself for the prices they are charging. What a great service.
