Located in the tiny Texas town of Forreston, Texas and just a quick thirty minutes south of Dallas, lies the mother load for vintage lovers. Hands down, it is my personal favorite store of all-time. The owners, Barbra and John Kauffman, are by far two of the greatest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They know no strangers, love children, and I always end up spending almost an hour while there just talking to them. Shopping at this delicious store is an experience in itself; ecstasy for all the senses. Walking through the front door is like stepping back in time...any era of your choosing. They have everything from clothing, jewelry, accessories, collectibles, and a plethora of vinyl records...John even went above and beyond to find for me a signed Earl Humphreys record which had special sentimental value. Everything is very reasonably priced and there is something for every budget. This destination is well worth the drive even if just for the experience!
