Great Place!!!
I had a dispute with them over having made a long drive to find out that my book wasn't in inventory due to an employees mistake. I was frustrated and angry, and expected to get the poor customer service I have become used to in So. Fla. if I complained. However, I asked to speak to the manager.
He was straight-forward, polite, helpful, and ending up giving me a previous edition of the text FOR FREE!!!!!!!! This mans business ethics and professionalism has made me a loyal customer for the duration of my time in college. In most businesses it is all about the people, and the people at Book Express are awesome!!!
