We had to put our dog down last fall, Dr. Bratton was compassionate, kind, and focused on our family and the loss we were dealing with. I would not go to anyone else. Thanks Dr. B!

Dr. Bratton has come to the rescue of my puppy twice, now. Once, someone else hurt him and Dr. Bratton took excellent care of him and reported the incident, (I had no idea how badly he had been hurt), and two days ago, he got hit by a car, and Dr. Bratton took him in immediately and thankfully, my dog was going to be fine. I was a wreck and his calmness soothed my nerves and fears. I appreciate him for all he does and has done for my animals.

I'm guessing some clients or staff have utilized the clinic computer system to post reviews, since it comes up with Dr. B's name? Anyway, he's a close friend of mine and I have taken my dogs to him for a long time. I wouldn't dream of anyone else and I like the new site, Myron. good luck!

We had to put our dog down recently, and it was such a sad time for our family, we dreaded the moment but knew we did not want our dog of 14 years to suffer any longer. I have to say, Dr. Bratton is very compassionate and respectful during the process, and he helped make the transition tolerable for us in spite of our pain. He's a good man, and I am glad I chose him as my vet.

I have been going here for years. I had switched at one point to another veterinarian on Ridge Road, however, I was treated rudely, and the vet had a very abrupt, know-it-all attitude that did not sit well with me. I went back to Webster Vet and am happy I did so. I will say, some people have the nerve. Dr. Bratton cared for my dog when she was very ill, and I was in line to make my payment only to overhear one of the ladies (I guess staff) trying to explain to someone why they needed to pay their bill. Ummm, yes they are there to serve us, but not for free if we don't get the right diagnosis or had wrong expectations. Dr. B has been around a long time, and I enjoy my visits.

I have been going to Webster Veterinary for years, and Dr. Bratton is the kindest, most caring Vet I have ever used. I just happened upon his most professional web site and am even more impressed.
