I want to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done on designing the septic system for my new house. Your professionalism, knowledge and tenacity to get the job done without delay was very much appreciated. It was particularly noted that you are highly thought of at the Snohomish Health District. When I went to discuss my permit with them it was evident that your ongoing honesty and quality workmanship was well noted and helpful in not causing me any delays in getting my permits. When dealing with government it’s refreshing to hear that a contractor is highly thought of. When we broke ground for the system and discovered we might get a gravity system instead of a sand filter, saving me over $8000, your knowledge proved invaluable in getting the system redone and permitted without delay so there was no down time. Brent did a phenomenal job! He was quick and efficient and understood my needs. He was even able to get a LPD system approved for my lot when others told me it couldn’t be done. Brent was easy to deal with. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and it did not feel like he was talking down to me. He showed up as scheduled and never missed an appointment. He met with the County Health Dist, the inspectors, and the installers to make sure that everything was up to code and that it all got approved in a timely manner. Brent, Do you mind if I put a link from my website to yours for septic designers? I put you in already, but I can remove it if you want. I am very picky who I recommend, and now after working with you for a second time I can tell you are topnotch. Your designs on paper are easy to understand and I like how you design with a computer. Too many old school guys do it free hand and it is very sloppy and unprofessional. Don't get me wrong, I do still install their systems, but they seem not to care as much for their clients as you seem to. Thanks, Bill Neal, Owner All-Ways Excavating
