I am so happy with Bryant Appliance.I cant tell you how nice and polite Tommy Bryant the owner himself was. He was able to come out the same day and fixed my washer in minutes. I wish more service people were as efficient as this outfit. They were also cheaper then all the others I called. I will pass this one on to my friends. VERY HAPPY...5 STARS...Thanks Karen Campbell

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Tommy Bryant does not know what he is doing. I called him three weeks before Thanksgiving to repair my kitchen appliance. He misdiagnosed the problem and said I needed a 200.00 part. He returned with the part shortly before Thanksgiving...he was wrong and he said he needed a different part. Both of these times he spent SEVERAL hours at my house trying to put my appliance back together after he took it apart! I have never heard back from him. I waited and hoped he would make it right, but no. He did not even extend the courtesy of saying this is something I can't handle. As a result I went through the Holiday without my appliance. So last week I called someone else, they fixed the simple problem and in under 1 hour and 89.00, I was back in business. Don't have anything to do with this guy, he awful.
