Buckhorn Supper Club

I absolutely love Buckhorn! It is a favorite of mine. It is often full of locals - who call for reservations - so the tables at the windows are hard to get... but if you are lucky enough to sit there the view is phenomenal! The food is always great!

It was an interesting place to have diner. We requested one of the small windows overlooking the lake but were told they were not available even though several where empty. Our young waitress looked down at her nose at us when my husband asked what mircobrew beers they had. She did not know what one was. When I asked her how the supper club was so close to Madison and not carry mircobrew, she then acted like we were not asking correctly for beer. The food was average, and prepared to order but I have had the same quality with better service. The desserts were good but they should be for $6.00 a piece. Overall, diner at the Buckhorn Supper Club is definitely a try not worth a second visit.

Probably the best Wisconsin supper club I've ever been to. Excellent service, great lake view from both the bar & the dining room, & a very good variety of quality steaks, lamb chops, fish. and duck.
