poor performance
Mr. Williams took out a loan with me for a real estate purchase. He has been late for 22 out of 24 payments and has failed to make the 23rd and will not answer calls. I have contacted his partner in the deal and he has not responded either. Foreclosure is looming for this man....be forewarned.
