bought tires from c and h at 17000 miles complained to m/g tires were flacking and locked almost worn ou roated tires and did nothing at 22000 mile truck driving bad took back to c h had rotate tire tech came out said needed new tires was loosing chunks of tire informed techi was aware of this and c h wood not stand behind tires said that he understood . c h will not stand behind tires!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had used this company for many years and had rarely had any issues, however, my last two experiences with this location have assured I will not return. The first was a set of new tires being installed. I arrived to pick up my vehicle after being called and told it was ready. It took 20 minutes for them to get the paperwork together and find the keys to my car. The center cap on one of the wheels was missing the clip that holds it tight and it was scraping and rattling around. They pulled it back in to replace it which took another 40 MINUTES. To clip a cap on a tire. 40 minutes. Our last experience was my wife waiting over two hours for a simple flat plug. She was not told it was going to take an extraordinary amount of time and there were three other customers that came and went while she was waiting. No one said a word to her or apologized for keeping her and our 8 month old in the waiting room for two hours. I understand things come up but you have to keep the customer informed.

The best experience I have ever had at a repair facility. Very helpful, and informative. fast service, and very friendly. Honest and dependable.

I called several shops in town for a price on four tires for my truck. I was just days away from buying new tires. I did not even know that this store was there. i had a flat, and happened to be broken down in the Pizza parlour parking lot. I then noticed the tire store next door. I was just planning on getting my flat repaired, and was headed to sams the next day for my tires. The store manager personally took me out to my truck while it was up on the lift. showed me the uneven tire wear. Explained to me what caused it. Gave me a price for all four tires, with an oil change, and an alignment, and was still over $40 less than sams club was just for the tires. I agreed, and they had my vehicle completely done in less than 2 hours. They gave me a complimentary brake inspection, and will even rotate my tires for me for free. These guys are great. They are extremely honest, very informative, and very reasonable on the price. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

The guys at the front counter are friendly and knowledgeable and the guys in the shop were very quick to get my car done. Highly recommended. After having bad experiences with several other shops in town, I am very glad that I found this one. I will definately recommend them over everyone else. Especially walmart.

I called C and H tire on garrison ave and was quoted "$77... on a cooper master craft 205 55 16 tire W/mount and balanced"!! So I went to C and H tire on rogers ave, since it was closer to my house and I was expecting the same price I was quoted @ the garrison store, since they are the same company!! Well "SURPRISE" when I got the bill and there was a added mount charge ON TOP OF TIRE PRICE NOW! When I told him what I was quoted @ garrison store, he said they never include the mounting in the price of the tire, its always extra! Making me look like a liar!! So I called the garrison store to make sure I didn't misunderstand him,but I was right, he quoted the tire w/mount and bal for $77.. again! The roger ave guy claimed he was going to call the other store to sort things out and I never heard from the guys at rogers store since!! BAD BAD BUSINESS IMO, I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THE GUYS @ THE ROGER AVE STORE, THEY WILL TRY TO GET IN YOUR POCKET!! I will never recommend that store again!
