My wife and I got up on Black Friday only to be disappointed with the long lines and hype of big chain retailers with there over promises and inconsiderate shoppers. So here we were on our way home leaving a chain store and there it was CZAR Home Theater. In a word WOW. I hesitantly proceeded inside and was instantly blown away with a relaxing and inviting experience. There were no big sales signs expressing half off or any hard salesman in your face showing interest in your 5 min conversation. Strange, could it be? A real down to earth retailer? Yes it was. So I stayed awhile asked a few questions and left with a 55 inch TV. After saving more than I would anywhere else without all the fuss I would gladly refer future business to Czar Home Theater. Any person that doesn’t like these guys has something wrong with their head. I shopped for 6 months to find someone who could even try to satisfy my needs. Finally I found the Czar! Rick and the guys were very very patient with me and my wife so much so I wouldn’t blame them if they walked away from the job. I could have saved a couple of bucks with some guy who claims he is the cheapest but is that what you want in your house? NO. Once again I thank you for your clean feet and patience. Ponce Family
