As far as customer services goes, Sam was wonderful to work with but once my car purchase was paid off then problems arose.
The car has been paid off for over 2 years now and I still do not have the title to the car. Sam was supposed to send that to me in May of 2008 as I paid the car off in April of that year. I know need to sell the car and dont have a clean title to be able to do this.
