Capital Appliance Repair

I called and told them there was standing water at the bottom of my dishwasher. The technician walked me thru steps to determine the problem and if it was necessary for someone to repair my dishwasher. He was able to help me solve the problem over the phone and I never had to pay a dime! I will definitely call when I have a problem I can't resolve, as he easily could have come out an charged me for doing what he had me do over the phone.

This is a correcton to the previous entry. Cary Discount Appliance Repair is unethical. It was an oversight to leave the the rating at 5 stars. The lowest rating is only 1 star which is too high for their conduct of business. If you want your appliance fixed right with the labor warrantied, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They will not honor your work.

Cary Discount Applicance Repair should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. While they say their work is warrantied, this is not true. They did not fix our applicance, so we called two more times. We were promised two different times they would come out at a specified time and date. They never called and never came back. We have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau to report this business. I can't believe that they think this is an appropriate way to run a business. BEWARE... If you use them, they will not honor any warranty work. We will make it a priority to let anyone know to not use this business. They took our money and and simply looked the other way.

I've used these guys a few times. They're usually on time and their work is outstanding and their prices reasonable. Only complaint they seem to overbook themselves and get behind. But they're hardworking and competent and they won't rip you off.

I can't believe how inconsiderate a business could be! I called 5 different times only to be told that they would call back and they would never call back after 3-4 days. I only got excuse after excuse. With these hard economic times, I can't believe how horrible a business could be! NOT RECOMMENDED and telling friends and family!!!!

Good at repairs and courteous when you talked with them, but they weren't on time and they never called when they weren't on time. A simple phone call would have made me feel better about them. My time is valuable just like theirs is. Simple repair and it took 2 and a half days to get it done.
