Fabulous, just fabulous!!
We have been customers of Capital - Powhatan since Oct 2004. We bought a used truck at a very fair price, & have been very pleased with our relationship with this dealership since then. They have done all the service on this truck after we bought it & treated us very well when the truck had a brake issue. Bill made sure everything that could be covered under warranty was & went above & beyond to get us the outcome we deserved & expected. Anytime we need to get in quick for an oil change, they are always able to fit us in. We have the utmost respect for this crew & would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Capital has the best service department I have ever dealt with. They are pleasant, educated, and willing to go above and beyond the call to see that all of my vehicles are properly cared for. They have NEVER told me that I needed service I didn't need. They always accommodate my schedule and will sometimes give me a ride if I need it. Bill, Chris, and Jon are the best!!!

Greaat service
Great sevice. Always friendly and quick. My suburban is outside of warranty now, and I still get good service at a fair price.
