The Best Spinich, Vodka, Fresh Mozzarella Pizza
We order from CarlosGourmet Pizza on Union Hill Rd in Exclusive Plaza all the time and they have excellent food. The Broccoli Rabe and Spinich, Vodka, Fresh Mozzarella Pizza
is outstanding. The people there are very nice and friendly. If you try Carlos Pizza you will love it!

GF for Autism
I have been to Carlo's Restaurant several times since my 8 year old gluten free son w/ autism LOVES pizza, and let me tell you-they are fabulous! The food was terrific and the service was outstanding! The only thing I would suggest for a child who may be a little impatient is to call ahead for the gluten free pie so it has time to cook and cool a little. It was very nice to be able to have a family dinner out and not have to explain why my son

Best pizza in NJ
We have done business with Carlo's since 1997. They are our exclusive pizza shop. Why? Top ten reasons why:

Outstanding gluten free menu!!
I just had the best gluten free experience. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and was recommended Carlo's Gourmet Pizza, located in Marlboro NJ. They had the best homemade gluten free mozzarella sticks, clams oreganato and best of all gourmet gluten free pizza. It was outstanding. I would recommend this to the fussiest of Celiacs. They are very friendly and accommodating. I love them!
