VARNING!!! No stars to this store! This store is a BIG JOKE! They sell their products for 5-7 times what they actually costs. They sell mostly to tourists so they know that they would not come back for complaints. If you buy something there they don´t inform you that you can´t get your money back if you are unsatisfied with the product. This firm shouldn´t exist!

I wouldn't give them any stars if possible. Simialar to other recent reviews I was totally scammed at this store. Don't go in! I went in for a simple item and before I knew it was being sold a new state of the art lens. Lens was sold to me for 6xs what it is selling for on Amazon. After I left I no returns only in store exchanges only. Lesson learned....but stores like this should not be allowed to stay in business. Not sure how these "salespeople" sleep at night!

I was sersiously overcharged by these guys-they carefully avoid stating on the invoice the exact model purchased and use pressure sales techniques. Bunch of crooks-DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Overcharged us $660! Henry the salesman gave us a good deal but didn't tell us about all the extras. We were tired, hungry and jetlagged and Henry confused us by talking swedish kronors with my fiancé and $ with me. Asking us to split the bill on three credit cards to confuse us even more. Henry just said "Oh you need a turbo chip to use the Iphone in Sweden" without saying it cost extra and we definately needed a filter for the lens and then added three filters without mentioning the price. We had agreed upon a price but he overcharged us $660! No cash refund we were told when we discovered the "mistake". Finally they did reimbursed us $220. One last thing we went to ask Mr Slick a question about the lens after paying for it. Henry completely changed his attitude. He wanted us out of the shop fast and looked pissed off and said “Don’t ask me any questions, it costs money to ask ”I guess that is the most honest thing Henry has ever said in his life!

Be very careful in this store - they get you in with cheap offers, fake inventory sales etc. and then try very aggressively to sell more items which will find out are incredibly overpriced. The network and websites of this company are a very well constructed to look like honest business, but everything is fake. Just try to find out the owner ...

Be careful - this company is dangerous. They get you into the store with cheap offers, then they talk endlessly to get you buying other things - like a HD pocket beamer or chinese phones, very expensive toys. And check your receipt and your credit card payment very thoroughly, they probably overcharge you ...

We were interested to buy a item with 40% discount. We agreed with the bid en ordered two items. Then surprisingly we had to pick up after two days, possible one day. After a day we were in the neighbourhood en asked in the shop for our order. A salesman answered that he had seen the order en expected the items with a hour in the shop. So we came back en we got the answer we had to wait for the first salesman. The second day we came back en got the answer: the items are out of stock even at the supplier.. And we could buy a more expensive one. We refused en we went to a brandshop and got the item without (of course) discount. The items weren't out of stock! Even when we want to buy hundred, that was possible! Our conclusion is that the discount adverising is a joke and has the target to get people in the shop! That day we left Manhattan and had no time enough to explore for discounts in other shops and went home with a bad feeling!
