Great place where dogs can be dogs! My dog always comes home from a stay at Carolina Air Canine pooped out. He doesn't have to stay in a cage all day. He gets to run around and play. He loves it!

I've known this family for several years now and I don't know if you could put your pets in better hands. They really care about the animals and Dave has a special knack for working with animals. He clearly has a great understanding of their nature and cares about the way animals are treated. They understand that your pet is your family member and will take great care to give them the very best.

What a WONDERFUL place for dogs. The owners are in it for the dogs, not the money. They always do what's right for your pet. The property is ideal. We know Truman loves to go to "puppy camp". They have all day play time (no extra charge) and a pond for the swimmers. They throw balls and play with the dogs all day.

What a wonderful facility this is!! I have know the owners for 15 years. They have taken care of 3 generations of dogs for my family. They have exceptional knowledge of dogs, behavior, and taking care of people. They are the only kennel that runs a facility like this in the state. Some people may confuse bluntness and not "sugar coating " our sometimes outlandish "HUMAN" behaviors towards dogs and how unhealthy for the animal it may be. If you don't want to hear the truth or don't want to change your behavior to better your animal, then a facility that takes your money and does not truly care about your relationship with your animal is best for you. I am glad all my animals have gotten the experience to be dogs at their facility, and will continue to bring them as long I have dogs.

I have day boarded and overnight boarded my dog here for many years now. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. They are very dog knowledgable and caring for the pets. The dogs are not kept in pens on a normal day they are out running and catching balls and playing together- like dogs are supposed to and like they need to. I have learned so much about dogs from them. All human beings have their eccenticities and before we go judging them as I have read in earlier reviews perhaps we should take the time to understand the whys. Sometimes pet owners can expect that a boarder is going to see their dog as they do- basically a person. The Cantera's do not coddle- as they know this is not good for the dog. They don't treat them like people because they aren't people. If you watch any good dog trainer- on tv or read a book- you will find that the way they take care of and handle the dogs is the "right" and best way for the well being of the dog. I highly recommend them, their services.

I love taking my dog to "camp" at Carolina Air Canine. When we get close to the facility, his tail starts wagging and he can hardly wait to get out of the car! I love the fact that the dogs gets to play all day long and the owners seem to genuinely care about Astro and all of the other dogs in their care. I can tell that Astro is well taken care of and he is always pooped when I pick him up, so I know that he has gotten a lot of play time; which is different from any other kennel. I can't stand the thought of taking him somewhere else, where he would have to sit in a crate all day! They charge a flat fee for everything, no extra charge for walks, playtime, belly rubs, etc. Also, the grooming prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I Love sending my dog to Carolina Air Canine, she needs a place to run and this is perfect! The owner is a pet person not a people person which works for me as long as hes loving my dog thats all that matters! I will continue to send my pets there!
