Very interesting to talk to. I thanked him for his service to our country as I learned he was a Veteran of the Korean war. My intent was to find more info as I was confused by the many internet sites. He told me of Tesoro Cibola which must be his favorite as that is what he uses. The Garrett 350 was the other. Both were close to my price range. I did find it somewhat dificult to pick his brain. He did inform me it would get easier if I were to make a purchase. Why would he give you all of his insider information to have you go make your purchase from the internet?? He definately did not try to oversale me. He used the Quote " why buy an 18 wheeler when a pick up truck will do the same job" I have not yet made my purchase, however, I could not in good conscience let the previous reviewer get away with calling him a redneck moron.The previous reviewer needs to understand that if it were not for Real Men like him we would not have the freedoms to do what we do.

Show up to this business that is run out of his back yard, to buy a Garrett Metal Detector. He asked us what we were interested in, We told him we were not sure what model we were interested in, and he said " ARE YOU BUYING OR JUST KICKING THE TIRES".

We told him we were there to buy, and then walked away from him, people like that should not be in Business. So His Loss!!
