Center Vac & Sew

The owner "Tom" of this Jenome Dealer first appeared to be very nice. However, when he found out that I purchased a Jenome machine from a different dealer, he actually called Jenome and reported the other dealer for selling less than him. As well, he said after spending hundreds of dollars on a new machine he's trying to get Jenome to void my warranty and he will not service me as a new owner and a legitimate consumer. Bad, bad bad this dealership.

This is an AMAZING store! I started out needing repair service for sewing machine and vacuums over the years. They have Bosch parts; which are hard to find here, and they have always accomodated me when I've needed repairs and parts for a previously owned sewing machine--even when parts were no longer made, they know how to make do with what they have to keep you running. I purchased a Janome embroidery sewing machine from them this spring, and their knowledge, and willingness to teach and help me with learning has been wonderful!! When you buy their machines; they treat you like GOLD!!!! Couldn't ask for better place for sewing, vacuums, Bosch, and all the parts and things AND SERVICE that go with them!!

I contacted this business by phone to arrange to rent a sewing machine while I'm in the area the middle of June. Steve assured me a Janome 6600 is available, quoting a reasonable cost, for the four days of a quilting class I'm attending. He followed up with a confirmation email. I look forward to visiting this establishment and meeting Steve.
