Their ski shop is first rate. Good service and good products. I have been purchasing skis and boots from them for 8 years with no regrets.

Purchased a tire over the phone telling them I would be having my mom drive from Livingston to get it. They sold it to me and my mom went and picked it up. Brought the tire to me and it was the wrong size. I called and they informed me they had to sell the tire they sold me as a pair to a customer that came in befor...e my mom got there. Thanks for the phone call!! By the end of this it will be a 100 mile round trip. Not even an apology!

My wife and I were traveling from Boise to Billings. We stayed the weekend in Bozeman with friends. My wife's new Giant Reign needed the hydraulic brake lines shortened, so I called Chalet to see if they could get the bike in on Sunday and get the work done the same day because we were leaving on Monday morning for Billings. They said no problem and they had the necessary fittings to shorten the lines. I got a call after a couple hours from Ryan saying that both the front and rear brake pads were quite worn and needed replacing. I just put BRAND NEW pads in on Wednesday and they had never been ridden before! Trying to sell me $40 in brake pads when the existing pads were brand new. We rode in Billings one day. The next day the rear brake is completely dead and the lever goes back to the grip. There is oil leaking from the compression fitting at the lever. STRIKE 2 While I'm looking over the bike, I notice that 2 of the screws on my fork thru-axle are gone. STRIKE 3

CHALET SPORTS in Bozeman is the WORST ski shop in town. NEVER GO TO CHALET!! The underling staff is not knowledgeable, and worse, the owner JENNIFER, is horrible at customer service. They over charge and are very unhelpful then things go wrong. CHALET SPORTS in Bozeman is a horrible, awful store whose owner is subpar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHALET SPORTS AT ALL.
