Significant Increase in Dog Complaints The first complaint is the 3rd attack on a resident by a PIT BULL or OVERSIZED dog on property. This incident involved a 35 pound dog that viciously attacked and injured another dog while being walked on property. The pit bull was not on a leash. The owner of the dog that was attacked was badly shaken over the incident. The pit bull has been removed from the property and the unit owner has been called to a hearing with the Board of Directors. This is a major safety concern and will be addressed accordingly. In the recent past a senior citizen and homeowner was attacked by a dog within the community and required medical attention. Another incident occurred with another senior that was pinned to an area on a walkway while a 60 pound pit bull kept running around his legs barking and daring him to move. In one of the cases the dog owner got upset at the senior for questioning him and let loose with a barrage of angry expletives. Neither of the dogs

This is the worst place I have ever lived. This complex is run by an out of control HOA that fines $500 for everything. The outside looks nice, but they have a lot of structural problems withe the sewer system. There have been several occasions where our sewer and water were stopped due to repair. In september 2008, the builder was sued for defects, but the suit hasn't come through. Please save your money an live elsewhere.
