Checkmate Carpet Cleaning

I really wanted to give George, from Checkmate, a glowing review. I am one of those women who like a very clean home and try my best to keep it that way. We are in the process of selling our home and have had some problem stains. We needed a heavy duty overhaul. He got bleach out, kool aid, pet stains, coffee and it looks like “new” carpet. Like, the bouncy feeling you get when it’s new and clean. I just had another big company clean my carpets 2 weeks ago and they did a terrible job. I am happy I found Checkmate, I am not just saying this, I highly recommend his company. He goes above and beyond my expectations. He will be honest with you tell you and tell what you need. It’s a plus when you have a friendly company, make you feel comfortable, thanks again.

Our carpets were overdue for cleaning and the high use portions of our main living area especially needed maximum attention. In addition to cleaning, our bedroom carpet needed stretching to rid it of ripples that the original installer had come back to fix twice, but with only temporary success. The day of our appointment, George and his technician arrived on time and worked efficiently to do a great job in accomplishing both tasks, and even gave me some education along the way. The quality of a company though is perhaps best judged not only by the way a job is done, but particularly in the way an unforeseen situation is handled. When one came up for us, George’s follow through is an example of how all business ought to be done. He and his technician returned and dealt with our concern and made absolutely sure of our complete satisfaction before leaving. We’ve used other carpet cleaning services in the past, but from now on, Checkmate’s the one!

Had a party. Some drunk knocked over a bottle of wine on the carpet. Checmate Carpet Cleaning was able to get the stains out.

I spilled a red spicy sauce on my carpet - on the stairs nonetheless - I never thought it would come out, but it did! I always watch anyone in my house doing anything and the tech took his sweet time - which is a good thing! The last CHEAP carpet cleaner we had in left soap in the carpet which made the whole carpet get dirty again - within months it had uniform spotting all over it and looked TERRRRRRIBLE. Checkmate Carpet Cleaning saved the day though, the carpet looks brand new. I will never go with anyone else again.

What I liked best about Checkmate Carpet Cleaning is the friendliness and attitude of the technician. He was very professional and did an excellent job on our carpets so we called again regarding upholstery cleaning. Again, we were very pleased with the technician and his work. Our job was not an easy one and he worked hard and the results show. Very satisfactory.
