I did not have a chance to try the food. I witnessed our waiter being shoved at least 3 feet, by a person in the kitchen. Following the waiter being shoved, almost into me, I also witnessed the waiter being cussed out (F**k You, F**k You) by the same individual that shoved him and then another person came out from the kitchen and proceeded to cuss out the waiter using the same foul language. I was fearful for my safety, so I summoned my friend, and we paid for our beverages and left IMMEDIATELY. As we were leaving the management staff was speaking to the waiter in a derogatory way and I stated that I witnessed everything and it WAS NOT his fault! The kitchen staff accosted him! I would NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVER!

Good food and unique appearence. Great wait staff! but not such a friendly management! I also feelt they are a little expensive for the amout of time you have to wait to get your food in a small town. It is a good one time experience if your are on vacation.

The Sunday Brunch is to die for. My wife and I though the food was fantastic, An excellent selection and all of it was great. The staff was great and made sure everything was to your liking. WE WILL be back. The drive from Norfolk to Edenton is well worth the trip for the Brunch. I would assume that all their meals would be just as good.

Good foond, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The prices are very resonable. I sampled all the dishes available (some more than once) and was plesently suprised, nice favor, hot an fresh. The decor is that of an old county home converted to accomidate all your friends. The best comment I can make is that I will be back and I will tell my friends about "the place that I found."

I have been to Cheros many times. Is a very eclectic and comfortable eatery. Widows enable a view of the Bay You can eat outside, with lovely gardens and a small herb garden which is used for many meals. We love the food - "specialty" chicken salad, Pasta dishes and Crab Cakes made with lump Crab. ummm Lots of great art from local artists cover the walls. The inside is colorful and relaxing.

We went in April and the outside had beautiful plants, also a small herb garden used for the kitchen. We sat outside with our drinks and loved the food. I had a Pasta Dish with a Great Vodka Sauce and my wife had the Crab Cakes made with lump Crab, not with alot of fillers and served with there special sauce. Inside is full of great art from local artists. The Staff was friendly and full of knowledge about thier lovely town.

I was apprehensive at first because of the looks of the outside of the building, but inside was charming, clean and the staff was friendly. The Cranberry Chicken Salad Wrap was wonderful.
