I saw this provider for a follow up office visit. I saw the Dr for a couple of minutes he suggested I try a different mask for my C-pap machine, and on my way out I paid my $20 co-pay. A month or so later I got an invoice for $375. I called them about it, and they said ...it was an outpatient procedure. I asked why they billed it as an office visit, and they said they weren't sure. I asked them to re bill it correctly encase my insurance might cover more. They said it was billed correctly. We argued back and forth, and I am now being harassed by collectors. My credit is ruined, because I refused to let them fraud my family. I did offer to make payments to the collector, just so this could finally go away and they said it is too late for that. There are other clinics that provide good service in SWMO, I highly recommend you try one of them. I hope no one else has to go through this.
