I have known Dr. Banas for several years. As our family Chiropractic Physician, my children are also patients of Dr. Banas. On numerous occasions, he has been a life-saver for my family. My son plays high school football and as a Chiropractic Sports Physician, Dr. Banas has treated all of his aches and pains. His state-of-the-art treatments have definitely speed-up the my son's healing process. I am also grateful to Dr. Banas as an alternative physician. Several years ago I accidentally got a steam burn while cooking. Dr. Banas was able to treat the area that very same day with acupuncture. While receiving therapy not only did the pain go away, the burned area didn't even blister. My family and I are extremely appreciative of Dr. Banas and we refer to him as "The Miracle Man". The first time can to Dr Banas was through his unique fat man to iron man story. I saw a lot of similarities. I was having some shoulder and back issues with muscle tightening and in a few short weeks he had me feeling 100% better. Not only did I feel better but he got me excited once again about competition. I am scheduled to run the PF Changs 1/2 marathon in January and plan on doing 4 triathlons next year. Dr. Jeff Banas has helped me create a lifestyle I never thought I would attain or maintain. When I went to Dr. Jeff Banas I wasn't fond of exercise or eating healthy. Within 1 years time I lost 35 pounds, ran a 1/2 marathon, completed my first sprint triathlon and went on to finish a 1/2 Iron distance triathlon. I was able to do all this without injury thanks to his guidance. I love my new lifestyle and owe many thanks to Dr. Jeff Banas. I look forward to the races to come with Dr. Banas as my trainer.

Dr. Banas and I attended the National University of Health Sciences together in 1989. Not only have we been close friends, but shared the same treatment philosophy in regards to patient care. Dr. Banas and I both believe strongly in a combination of chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and physical therapy modalities to treat and heal injuries, acute and chronic pain syndromes as well. I went to Dr. Banas after a car crash with a hurt neck. During my visits, Dr. Banas listened to what I was telling him hurt, and he went about working on my neck and back to fix those problems. I felt very comfortable in the office during my treatments and now I'm using his services to get myself back into shape with his coaching and weight loss program. I highly recommend Dr. Banas to you for any problem you may have, a excellent doctor who will do what ever it takes to get you healthy.

Dr. Banas has treated me for several injuries and issues and he is a top notch practitioner. He has a wealth of knowledge in several areas and is not concerned with merely treating symptoms or alleviating pain. He takes a vested interest in total body health and works with patients in directions not seen in mere chiropractors. Without Dr. Jeff Banas, my physical health would be in serious trouble. Dr. Jeff has coached me through my second reconstructive back surgury and with his help and vast knowledge of sports medicine, my almost total recovery would not be the reality that it is today. I am proud to say that I am close to achieving the best all around sports health that I have enjoyed in over twenty years, My next step is to start swimming with his team in 2009. I have been completing marathons and triathlons over the last 15 years. I am a physician and have been so thankful for dr. jeff's helpful insight in keeping me on track. I have consulted with him on many occasions for recommendations literally from my neck down to my feet! His thoughtful and knowledgeable approaches to physical fitness and nutrition helped me though many injuries. I completed my first ironman thanks to dr. jeff. After a bike crash, I did not have the strength to bend my left knee at all. I also had a very sore left hip. After 2 weeks I was not seeing any progress and was still in a lot of pain,l so I decided to go to Dr. Jeff Banas. His rehabilitation techniques stimulated and strengthened my knee and I was nearly pain free and back to training for a forthcoming Ironman triathlon within a week. Additionally, I had another injury to my feet after completing another Iron Distance triathlon this year. This time, Dr. Jeff's techniques helped rehabilitate my feet (especially the left one). I received therapy and was fitted for orthotics. I was able to compete in another Iron Distance triathlon pain free just 3 months after the last one. I don't know that I would have been able to do this without Dr. Jeff's help.
