Choice Development & Construct

This company deserves no stars. They do lousy work. They do not tell the truth. They should not be permitted to build homes in our city. Do some searches and you will see that there are lots of others who feel the same way I do. Luckily I only live next to one of their houses and did not buy one myself. We suffered for fifteen months through living next door to a trashy lot and workman coming and going. At the end they worked night and day, there were so many workers I could barely get out of my driveway. They put up a shell quickly. Then they let the project idle for at least 6 months. When they put the hardiplank on, the walls were bowed. We watched the construction every day and saw poor workmanship throughout. Look elsewhere for a new home.
