When Pigs Can Fly
I had the good fortune of running across Chucks while out in Northern Georgia on business. Yes it is a hole in the wall with a lot of rural character, but once you get a taste of one of Chucks pig wings, you just want more. Best piece of BBQ pork I ever tasted. Now if only I could find out what part of the pig that tender cut came from, I would try to do them back home for my friends. To bad though, Chuck isn't talking so I'm afraid it will stay a delicious mystery.

Best Item I have Ever Tryed
If you would like the best most tender meat you have ever ate. Has a different taste than anything you have ever eatten. Very little fat. 0 trans fat.
