When Pigs Can Fly
I had the good fortune of running across Chucks while out in Northern Georgia on business. Yes it is a hole in the wall with a lot of rural character, but once you get a taste of one of Chucks pig wings, you just want more. Best piece of BBQ pork I ever tasted. Now if only I could find out what part of the pig that tender cut came from, I would try to do them back home for my friends. To bad though, Chuck isn't talking so I'm afraid it will stay a delicious mystery.

I was looking for a southern cooking gem in the backroads when i can across Chuck's. oh man.. was I in for it... 'it' meaning filth and indigestion. where do they get their meat? from the scraps at the state prison. brunswick stew was absolutely revolting... i tried to like this place, but disgusting is the best way to describe it. i drove all the way to Helen to get a burger at Yonah Burger to get that taste out of my mouth!

We have been introduced to Pig Wings in Canada.
What type of meat cut is the Pig Wing.? We have not been able to locate any info.
