Tom did everything he said he would for the 2,500 retainer. that included civic mettings and l&i hearings. After the 4th and final dog and pony show down at L&I he asked for another 2,500 so he and the appointed lawyer could finilize the deed restriction and end this thing. 4 months later and at least 50 non returned phone calls..I had to finish things myself. I'll have to retrieve my money later. Bottom line...tTom Citro is baaad for business

Tom Citro is a liar and a thief. He took my money and did very little for me. He promised to use his political influence to help me get zoning and did nothing but rob me. He will not take or return my calls.

Tom Citro has done everything in his power to help me and my business take off. I truly owe a lot to this man. If you ever have any zoning questions than Tom Citro is the man to go to!

In my opinion this guy is a liar and a thief, he did not provide all of the work that was paid for, and when I asked for a refund, he no longer returned calls and no longer answers his phone. Certainly not someone to get involved with. I know other people who have had the same issues with him! Stay away!

Tom Citro is an excellent man, he does exactly what you ask him to do.He never has a break and for him to have so many clients and give you a date and a promise and keep it is amazing.HE IS THE MAN TO GO TO for zoning help!!!!!!!

In my opinion, Mr. Citro did a good job for my clients until about 1 year ago, then problems arose. I can no longer recommend Mr. Citro's services and have gone elsewhere with good results.

I would have given him 0 stars but that was not an option. This guy is a total crook in my opinion. I paid him over $20, 000 for zoning work and he has disapeared, will not return calls , stay away! This is a bad guy, in my opinion
