City Toyota

Go to this showroom only if you want to be insulted and want to waste your precious time. You would rather go for an hour out of your way rather than visit City Toyota. My husband and I wanted to buy a used Mini Cooper,So, I made an appointment with Marc in their sales team. We reach there and we are handed over to Carol, who took us for a test drive without having ANY knowledge about the car,whether it was related to certification, extended warranty, cost ,car features etc. We asked her about how many previous owners did the car have, she snapped, Lets just do the test drive first. We can talk about it when we reach the office. After waiting for an hr in the showroom, we realize that certain vital facts for the car were not available with the sales team/ finance manger. When we said we were running out of time, Carol raised her hand and said ‘OK’ and when we turned around, she said ‘I never really expected to do business with these guys’. not recommended for serious buyers
