Words cannot describe how lucky I was to work with Claudia. If I could give her more than five stars, I would, because she is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. Most importantly, she has a great heart and will not hesitate to go out of her way to help in any way she can. From the properties I requested her to show us, right off the bat she steered us away from the ones she did not think were up to snuff and pointed out flaws we did not even see. Guess what? The one she showed us first was the one we ended up buying. I'm not sure where to start. Claudia Nelson is the best realtor in the Washington, DC/ Northern, VA area in my opinion. Claudia was reliable honest and most importantly patient. My fiancé and I work different schedules and Claudia showed us the same properties twice... with no complaints. Claudia was honest she would inform me if she thought a certain house would be a bad investment rather than letting me purchase a home I would regret later. Claudia was there with me to the very end and she still extends herself and answers all the questions and concerns I have. Claudia is the BEST hire her and you are sure to purchase your dream home.
